哪種情況下,用人單位有權單方解除勞動合同?

我是一名剛剛參加工作的職(zhi)場(chang)新(xin)人,不知道哪種(zhong)情況(kuang)下,用(yong)人單位有權單方解除(chu)勞動合同?

根據我的(de)(de)了解,:(一)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)患病或(huo)者(zhe)非因工(gong)(gong)(gong)負傷,在規定的(de)(de)醫療期(qi)滿后(hou)不能(neng)從事原工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),也不能(neng)從事由用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)另(ling)行安(an)排(pai)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de);(二(er))勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)不能(neng)勝任工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),經過培(pei)訓或(huo)者(zhe)調(diao)整工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗位(wei)(wei),仍不能(neng)勝任工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de);(三)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)訂立時所依據的(de)(de)客觀情況發(fa)生(sheng)重大變化,致使勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)無法(fa)履行,經用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)與勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)協(xie)(xie)商(shang),未能(neng)就變更勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)內容達成協(xie)(xie)議的(de)(de)。這三種情況下用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)有(you)權單(dan)方解除勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)
