要謹慎簽訂勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong) 與(yu)用人企(qi)業(ye)簽訂合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)是要注意“三看”:一(yi)看企(qi)業(ye)是否經過工商(shang)部門的登記以及企(qi)業(ye)注冊的有(you)效期限,否則(ze)所簽的合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)無(wu)效;二看合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)字句是否準(zhun)確,清楚,完整(zheng),不能(neng)使用縮寫,替代或含糊(hu)的文字表達;三看勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)是否有(you)一(yi)些必備(bei)的內(nei)容(rong)。勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的一(yi)般內(nei)容(rong)包括:(1)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)期限;(2)工作(zuo)內(nei)容(rong);(3)勞(lao)動(dong)條(tiao)件和勞(lao)動(dong)保護;(4)勞(lao)動(dong)報酬;(5)勞(lao)動(dong)紀律(lv);(6)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)終止的條(tiao)件;(7)社會保險和福(fu)利待遇;(8)違反勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)者應承擔的責任(ren);(9)雙方認為需(xu)要規定的其他事項。其中前8項為法定條(tiao)款(kuan),必須(xu)具備(bei);第9項為協商(shang)條(tiao)款(kuan)。
