求職者與用人單位簽訂勞動合同時應該注意什么?

答 與用人(ren)企業簽合(he)同(tong)時,要“三看”:一看企業是(shi)否(fou)經過(guo)工(gong)商部門登記以及企業注冊的有(you)效期(qi)限(xian),否(fou)則所簽合(he)同(tong)無(wu)效;二看合(he)同(tong)字(zi)句是(shi)否(fou)準確、清楚、完整,不能用縮寫(xie)、替(ti)代或含(han)糊的文字(zi)表達;三看勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)是(shi)否(fou)有(you)一些必備內容,包括勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)期(qi)限(xian)、工(gong)作(zuo)內容、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)保護和(he)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)條件、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬、社會保險和(he)福利、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)紀律、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)終(zhong)止的條件、違反勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的責任等。必須簽書(shu)面合(he)同(tong),試(shi)用期(qi)內也要簽合(he)同(tong)。
