工傷的職工也有權利提出解除合同嗎?

我(wo)的(de)同事(shi)最近出(chu)(chu)了(le)點事(shi)故,被鑒(jian)定為10級傷(shang)殘,不知(zhi)道工傷(shang)的(de)職工也(ye)有(you)權利提出(chu)(chu)解除合(he)同嗎?

當(dang)然有權(quan)利了。工(gong)傷(shang)(shang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)被鑒定為7-10級的(de)(de),勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)期滿(man)終止(zhi),或(huo)者職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)本人提出解除(chu)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong),由用(yong)人單(dan)位以其解除(chu)或(huo)終止(zhi)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)時的(de)(de)統籌地(di)區上年度職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)月(yue)平均工(gong)資為基數,支付本人10個月(yue)的(de)(de)一次性工(gong)傷(shang)(shang)醫療(liao)補助金和10個月(yue)的(de)(de)一次性傷(shang)(shang)殘就業補助金。
