企業應當對派遣員工履行什么義務?

答 根(gen)據《勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法》第62條規(gui)定:用工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位(wei)應當履行下列義(yi)務: (1)執行國家勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)標準,提(ti)供相(xiang)應的(de)(de)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)條件和(he)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)保護; (2)告知被(bei)派遣勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要求和(he)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬; (3)支付加班費、績效(xiao)獎金,提(ti)供與(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)相(xiang)關的(de)(de)福利待遇; (4)對在(zai)崗(gang)被(bei)派遣勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者進行工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)所必需的(de)(de)培訓(xun); (5)連(lian)續用工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de),實(shi)行正常的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)資調整機(ji)制(zhi)。 (6)用工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位(wei)不得(de)將被(bei)派遣勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者再派遣到其他用人單(dan)位(wei)。
