我是一(yi)(yi)名電工(gong),在濟南(nan)一(yi)(yi)家私企(qi)工(gong)作(zuo),想(xiang)了(le)解(jie)一(yi)(yi)下(xia):哪些(xie)情形(xing)下(xia)企(qi)業解(jie)除(chu)合同(tong)需支付經濟補償(chang)?

(1)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)患病或(huo)者(zhe)非因工(gong)(gong)負傷(shang),在(zai)規定的(de)醫療期(qi)滿后不(bu)能從事原工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),也不(bu)能從事由用人單位(wei)另行(xing)安排的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de); (2)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)不(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),經(jing)過培訓或(huo)者(zhe)調整(zheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)崗位(wei),仍(reng)不(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de); (3)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)訂立時所依據的(de)客(ke)觀(guan)情況發(fa)生重(zhong)大變化,致(zhi)使勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)無法履行(xing),經(jing)用人單位(wei)與勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)協(xie)商,未能就(jiu)變更勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)內容(rong)達成協(xie)議的(de)。
