答 (1)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)患病或者(zhe)(zhe)非(fei)因(yin)工(gong)負(fu)傷,在(zai)規定(ding)的醫療期滿后不能(neng)從(cong)事原(yuan)工(gong)作,也(ye)不能(neng)從(cong)事由用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)另行安排的工(gong)作的; (2)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)不能(neng)勝(sheng)任(ren)工(gong)作,經(jing)過培(pei)訓或者(zhe)(zhe)調整(zheng)工(gong)作崗(gang)位(wei),仍不能(neng)勝(sheng)任(ren)工(gong)作的; (3)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)訂立時所依據的客觀情況發生重(zhong)大變化,致使(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)無法履(lv)行,經(jing)用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)協(xie)商,未能(neng)就變更勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)內(nei)容達成(cheng)協(xie)議的。
