試用期出現哪些情況可能會被辭退?

我(wo)是(shi)一名試用(yong)期員工(gong),剛剛工(gong)作兩(liang)個(ge)周,感覺(jue)工(gong)作狀態(tai)不是(shi)很(hen)理想,試用(yong)期出(chu)現(xian)哪些情況可能(neng)會(hui)被(bei)辭退?

1、在試用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)間(jian)被證明不符(fu)合錄用(yong)(yong)(yong)條(tiao)(tiao)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de); 2、嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)違反用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)規(gui)章制度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de); 3、嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)失職,營私舞弊,給用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)造(zao)(zao)成重(zhong)(zhong)大損害的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de); 4、勞(lao)動者(zhe)(zhe)同(tong)時(shi)與其他用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)建立(li)勞(lao)動關系,對完成本單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作任(ren)(ren)務造(zao)(zao)成嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)影響,或者(zhe)(zhe)經(jing)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)提出,拒不改(gai)正的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de); 5、《勞(lao)動合同(tong)法》第(di)二十六(liu)條(tiao)(tiao)第(di)一(yi)(yi)款第(di)一(yi)(yi)項規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)形致(zhi)使勞(lao)動合同(tong)無效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de); 6、被依法追究刑事責任(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。 7、勞(lao)動者(zhe)(zhe)患病或者(zhe)(zhe)非因工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)負傷,在規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)醫(yi)療期(qi)滿后不能(neng)(neng)從(cong)事原(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,也(ye)不能(neng)(neng)從(cong)事由用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)另(ling)行安排(pai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de); 8、勞(lao)動者(zhe)(zhe)不能(neng)(neng)勝任(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,經(jing)過培(pei)訓或者(zhe)(zhe)調整工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作崗位(wei),仍不能(neng)(neng)勝任(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
