勞動者不想簽勞動合同怎么辦?

我(wo)是一家單位的(de)領(ling)導,最(zui)近(jin)來的(de)五個新員工,商量好的(de)似的(de),都不(bu)簽勞動合(he)同,怎么辦呢?

如(ru)果勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)拒絕簽(qian)訂勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同,單位(wei)應當(dang)以書(shu)(shu)面形式通(tong)(tong)知限期簽(qian)定(ding),仍(reng)不(bu)(bu)簽(qian)定(ding)的(de),書(shu)(shu)面通(tong)(tong)知終(zhong)(zhong)止合同。自用工之日起一個月內,經(jing)用人單位(wei)書(shu)(shu)面通(tong)(tong)知后(hou),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)不(bu)(bu)與用人單位(wei)訂立(li)書(shu)(shu)面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同的(de),用人單位(wei)應當(dang)書(shu)(shu)面通(tong)(tong)知勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)終(zhong)(zhong)止勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系,無需向勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)支(zhi)付(fu)經(jing)濟(ji)補(bu)償,但是應當(dang)依法向勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)支(zhi)付(fu)其(qi)實際工作(zuo)時間的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬。
