根(gen)據我的了解,以下四種情況(kuang)下是可以簽訂無固(gu)(gu)定(ding)期限的勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)的:1、勞(lao)動(dong)者在該用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)連(lian)(lian)續工作滿十(shi)年(nian)的;2、用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)初(chu)次實行勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)制度或(huo)國有(you)企業改(gai)制重(zhong)新訂立勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)時(shi),勞(lao)動(dong)者在該用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)連(lian)(lian)續工作滿十(shi)年(nian)且距法定(ding)退休(xiu)年(nian)齡不足十(shi)年(nian)的;3、連(lian)(lian)續訂立二次固(gu)(gu)定(ding)期限勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong);4、用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)自用(yong)工之日起滿一年(nian)不與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)者訂立書面勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)的,視為(wei)用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)者已訂立無固(gu)(gu)定(ding)期限勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)。
