根據我的(de)了解,以(yi)下(xia)四(si)種情況下(xia)是可以(yi)簽訂(ding)無固定期(qi)限的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同的(de):1、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者在(zai)該用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)連續(xu)(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)滿十年(nian)(nian)的(de);2、用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)初次實行勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同制度(du)或國有企業改(gai)制重新訂(ding)立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同時,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者在(zai)該用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)連續(xu)(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)滿十年(nian)(nian)且距法定退休年(nian)(nian)齡不(bu)(bu)足(zu)十年(nian)(nian)的(de);3、連續(xu)(xu)訂(ding)立二次固定期(qi)限勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同;4、用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)自用工(gong)之日起滿一年(nian)(nian)不(bu)(bu)與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者訂(ding)立書面(mian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同的(de),視為用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者已訂(ding)立無固定期(qi)限勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同。
