《勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》第十條(tiao)第一(yi)款規(gui)定(ding):建立勞動(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi),應當訂立書面勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)。這(zhe)一(yi)規(gui)定(ding)沿用(yong)《勞動(dong)(dong)法》的(de)規(gui)定(ding),對書面勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)在建立勞動(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi)中(zhong)的(de)位(wei)置作了(le)規(gui)定(ding)。
