試用期三個月后才簽合同合理嗎?

三個月試用期不(bu)簽訂(ding)(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同違法。根據《勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同法》第十條(tiao)規(gui)定,建立(li)(li)勞(lao)動(dong)關系(xi)(xi),應(ying)當訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同。已經(jing)建立(li)(li)勞(lao)動(dong)關系(xi)(xi),未(wei)同時訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同的,應(ying)當在用工之日起一個月內訂(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)書(shu)面勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同。
