答 三個月(yue)試用期不簽訂(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)違法。根據(ju)《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)法》第十(shi)條規定,建立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系,應當(dang)訂(ding)立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)。已經建立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系,未同(tong)(tong)時訂(ding)立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)的,應當(dang)在用工之日(ri)起一個月(yue)內訂(ding)立書(shu)面勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)。
