答 三個月試(shi)用期不簽訂(ding)勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)違(wei)法。根據《勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)法》第十條規定,建(jian)立勞動(dong)(dong)關系,應當訂(ding)立勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。已經建(jian)立勞動(dong)(dong)關系,未同(tong)時訂(ding)立勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的,應當在用工(gong)之(zhi)日起一個月內訂(ding)立書(shu)面(mian)勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。
