勞動者違反勞動合同法需要承擔哪些責任?

答 首先(xian)勞(lao)動(dong)者必須(xu)(xu)承(cheng)擔用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)招收錄用(yong)(yong)其所支(zhi)付(fu)的(de)(de)費(fei)用(yong)(yong),動(dong)者必須(xu)(xu)承(cheng)擔用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)為其支(zhi)付(fu)的(de)(de)培(pei)訓費(fei)用(yong)(yong)。雙方另有約定(ding)按約定(ding)辦理。其次對用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)生產、經(jing)營和工作造成直接經(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失的(de)(de),勞(lao)動(dong)者必須(xu)(xu)承(cheng)擔賠償(chang)責(ze)任。最后(hou)勞(lao)動(dong)者違反(fan)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)中(zhong)約定(ding)的(de)(de)保(bao)密事(shi)項,給用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)造成經(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失的(de)(de),按《反(fan)不正當競爭法》第20條(tiao)的(de)(de)規定(ding)向用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)支(zhi)付(fu)賠償(chang)費(fei)用(yong)(yong),用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)與勞(lao)動(dong)者在勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)中(zhong)約定(ding)的(de)(de)其他賠償(chang)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)。
