答 依據《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法(fa)》第三條二款規(gui)定:依法(fa)訂立的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)具有約束力,用人單位(wei)(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者應當履行勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)約定的義務。如(ru)果未經勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者同(tong)意,單位(wei)(wei)擅自變更(geng)(geng)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者崗位(wei)(wei)及獎(jiang)金(jin)數(shu)額(e),屬于變更(geng)(geng)了勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)內容(rong)的一種違約行為,如(ru)果你訴(su)諸(zhu)法(fa)律(lv)會得到(dao)法(fa)律(lv)支持。
