《勞動合同法》有沒有規定勞動合同的最低年限呢?

我(wo)想這里(li)咨(zi)詢一下,《勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)法(fa)》有沒有規(gui)定勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)的(de)最低年限(xian)呢(ni)?

《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)法》沒有規定(ding)(ding)(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的最低年限(xian),但(dan)是該法的第(di)(di)十四條(tiao)規定(ding)(ding)(ding):“用(yong)人單(dan)位與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)協(xie)商一致,可以訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)無固定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。有下列情形之一,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)提(ti)出(chu)或(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)同(tong)意續訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)、訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的,除勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)提(ti)出(chu)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)固定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)外,應當訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)無固定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong):……(三(san))連續訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)二次固定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong),且勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)沒有本法第(di)(di)三(san)十九條(tiao)和第(di)(di)四十條(tiao)第(di)(di)一項、第(di)(di)二項規定(ding)(ding)(ding)的情形,續訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的。”這樣一來(lai)(lai),從2008年起計算,員工與(yu)同(tong)一用(yong)人單(dan)位簽(qian)過兩次固定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)合(he)同(tong)后,第(di)(di)三(san)次就有權要求簽(qian)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)無固定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。前兩次固定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)限(xian)越(yue)短(duan),第(di)(di)三(san)次來(lai)(lai)得就越(yue)早。
