答 對(dui)非全日制(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)簽合同要(yao)(yao)特別注意: 1、非全日制(zhi)(zhi)勞動者在同一用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)一般平均(jun)每日工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間不超(chao)過(guo)(guo)4小(xiao)時(shi)。每周工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間累計不超(chao)過(guo)(guo)24小(xiao)時(shi)。 2、非全日制(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)不得約定試用(yong)(yong)期。 3、非全日制(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)小(xiao)時(shi)計酬(chou)標準不得低于最低小(xiao)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)資標準。 4、非全日制(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)勞動報(bao)酬(chou)結算支(zhi)付周期最長不得超(chao)過(guo)(guo)15日。 5、用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)必須為勞動者繳納(na)工(gong)(gong)傷(shang)保險,否則發生工(gong)(gong)傷(shang)事故則要(yao)(yao)承擔(dan)相關責任。
