《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)法》規定已建立(li)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系(xi),未(wei)及時訂(ding)(ding)立(li)書面(mian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的,應當自用工之日(ri)起一(yi)(yi)個(ge)月(yue)(yue)內訂(ding)(ding)立(li)書面(mian)合(he)同(tong),并規定用人單位自用工之日(ri)起超過一(yi)(yi)個(ge)月(yue)(yue)不(bu)滿一(yi)(yi)年(nian)未(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者訂(ding)(ding)立(li)書面(mian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的,應當向勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者每月(yue)(yue)支(zhi)付二倍的工資。所以,如果不(bu)與(yu)員工簽訂(ding)(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)會對企業(ye)造成不(bu)必(bi)要的經濟損失。
