先試用后簽合同可以嗎?

我馬(ma)上就要進(jin)入職場了,現在想咨詢一下,請問先試用(yong)后簽(qian)合同可以嗎?

試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期是建立在(zai)(zai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系雙(shuang)方(fang)簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的(de)基礎上的(de),并且(qie)試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期也是勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)中雙(shuang)方(fang)需要(yao)約(yue)定的(de)一部分內(nei)容。諾亞人力資源(yuan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法專家律師表示,如果試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期內(nei)不簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)雙(shuang)方(fang)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)的(de)是事實勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系,也就不存(cun)在(zai)(zai)試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期的(de)問題了。而且(qie)如果一個月內(nei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位還未簽訂(ding)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的(de),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者可以(yi)要(yao)求用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位承擔不簽訂(ding)書面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的(de)雙(shuang)倍工資賠償(chang)責(ze)任。
