我剛(gang)剛(gang)進入(ru)職場,現在想(xiang)咨詢一(yi)下,請問試用期解除勞動合同是否需(xu)賠(pei)償用人單位的招(zhao)錄費用?

《勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》規定(ding):勞動(dong)者(zhe)違(wei)反(fan)本法規定(ding)解除(chu)勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong),給用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)造成損(sun)失的(de),應當承擔(dan)賠(pei)償(chang)責任(ren)。因此,勞動(dong)者(zhe)承擔(dan)賠(pei)償(chang)責任(ren)的(de)前(qian)提是違(wei)法解除(chu)勞動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)。只要勞動(dong)者(zhe)在試用(yong)(yong)(yong)期內合法解除(chu)的(de),則無(wu)須賠(pei)償(chang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)的(de)招錄費用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
