答(da) 勞動法中(zhong)規定:“國家實行最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)保(bao)障制度。用人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)勞動者的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不得低于(yu)當(dang)地最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)。”勞動和社會保(bao)障部(bu)在(zai)《關(guan)于(yu)貫徹執行〈中(zhong)華人(ren)民(min)共和國勞動法〉若干問題的(de)意見》中(zhong)規定:“勞動者與用人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)形成或建立勞動關(guan)系后,試用、熟(shu)練、見習期間,在(zai)法定工(gong)(gong)作時間內(nei)提供了(le)正常工(gong)(gong)作,所在(zai)單位(wei)(wei)應當(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)其(qi)不低于(yu)最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
