試用期用人單位在什么情況下可以辭退勞動者呢?

我(wo)剛(gang)剛(gang)進入(ru)職場是個(ge)新(xin)人(ren),現在想咨詢一下,請問用人(ren)單位在什么(me)情(qing)況下可以辭退勞動者呢?

首先(xian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在試用(yong)(yong)期間被證明不(bu)(bu)(bu)符合(he)錄用(yong)(yong)條件的,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)嚴重違(wei)反用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)規(gui)章制(zhi)度的。其次勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)作,經過培訓或者(zhe)(zhe)調整工(gong)(gong)作崗位(wei),仍不(bu)(bu)(bu)能勝(sheng)任工(gong)(gong)作的。除(chu)上述情形外,用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得在試用(yong)(yong)期內解除(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)同(tong)(tong)時與其他用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)建立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi),對完成本單(dan)位(wei)的工(gong)(gong)作任務造(zao)成嚴重影響(xiang),或者(zhe)(zhe)經用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)提(ti)出,拒(ju)不(bu)(bu)(bu)改(gai)正的。最后勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)嚴重失職,營私舞弊,給用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)造(zao)成重大損(sun)害的,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)被依法追究刑(xing)事責(ze)任的,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)以(yi)欺詐、脅迫的手(shou)段或者(zhe)(zhe)乘人之危(wei),使用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)在違(wei)背真(zhen)實意(yi)思的情況(kuang)下訂立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的。
