出現哪些情況勞動合同可以終止?

我是一名會(hui)計(ji)師,現在(zai)正在(zai)濟南求職,想知(zhi)道哪些(xie)情況可(ke)以(yi)引起(qi)勞(lao)動合(he)同終(zhong)止?

(1)作為勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)一(yi)方(fang)當(dang)事人的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者死亡,致使無(wu)法(fa)繼續履(lv)行勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)規定(ding)的義(yi)務,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)終(zhong)(zhong)止; (2)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)在(zai)履(lv)行過程(cheng)中,企(qi)業被撤銷,職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)由(you)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)主管部(bu)門另(ling)作分配,企(qi)業與(yu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)原來(lai)訂立的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)終(zhong)(zhong)止; (3)在(zai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)履(lv)行過程(cheng)中,企(qi)業依(yi)據《破(po)產法(fa)(試行)》的有關(guan)規定(ding),宣告破(po)產。企(qi)業宣告破(po)產,表(biao)明此時企(qi)業已無(wu)法(fa)按(an)照勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)履(lv)行其權利和義(yi)務,只能終(zhong)(zhong)止勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong); (4)用人單位(wei)在(zai)招工(gong)(gong)時違(wei)反法(fa)律、法(fa)規,徇私舞弊(bi),非(fei)法(fa)招收(shou)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong),一(yi)經發(fa)現(xian),必須進行清退,隨之(zhi)單位(wei)與(yu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)訂立的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)即行終(zhong)(zhong)止。
