我剛剛進入職場是個新人,現(xian)在(zai)想(xiang)咨詢一下,請問什么情況下單位(wei)要與勞(lao)動(dong)者簽訂無固定期(qi)限勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同?

首先(xian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者在該用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位連續工(gong)作滿十年(nian)的(de),用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位初次(ci)實行勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)制(zhi)度或國有企業改制(zhi)重(zhong)新訂立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)時,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者在該用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位連續工(gong)作滿十年(nian)且距法定(ding)退休年(nian)齡(ling)不足(zu)十年(nian)的(de)。其(qi)次(ci)連續訂立二次(ci)固定(ding)期限(xian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)。最后用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位自(zi)用工(gong)之日起滿一年(nian)不與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者訂立書面(mian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)的(de),視(shi)為用人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者已訂立無固定(ding)期限(xian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)。
