我們公司換(huan)了(le)工作(zuo)地點了(le),想咨詢一下,換(huan)工作(zuo)地點要(yao)重新簽(qian)訂(ding)合同(tong)么?

根據(ju)《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法》第(di)二十(shi)六條第(di)三(san)項的規定(ding):“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同訂立時所依據(ju)的客觀情況發生重大變(bian)(bian)化,致使(shi)原勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同無法履行,經(jing)當(dang)事(shi)人協商(shang)不能就變(bian)(bian)更勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同達成協議(yi)的,用人單位可(ke)以(yi)解(jie)除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同,但是(shi)應當(dang)提前三(san)十(shi)日以(yi)書面形式通知勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者本(ben)人。”
