公司不簽訂勞動合同怎么辦啊?

我(wo)來公司(si)(si)上班半個月了,也沒跟我(wo)簽合(he)同,每次都說不著急,是(shi)試用看看,請(qing)問,公司(si)(si)不簽訂勞動合(he)同怎么辦啊?

《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)法》規定:“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)是(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)與(yu)用人單(dan)位確立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)、明確雙方權利(li)和義務的協議。建(jian)立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)應當訂立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)。勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)應當在用人單(dan)位與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)建(jian)立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)同(tong)時(shi)簽訂,或自用工(gong)之日起(qi)一個月內簽訂書面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)。否則用人單(dan)位向勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)支付二倍工(gong)資。”所以無論是(shi)不簽勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong),還是(shi)超過法律規定時(shi)間(jian)延簽勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong),這類公司都是(shi)非常不靠(kao)譜的。
