答(da) 《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)法》規定：“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)是(shi)(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)與用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)確(que)立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系、明確(que)雙(shuang)方權利和義務的協議。建(jian)立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系應(ying)當訂(ding)立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)應(ying)當在用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)建(jian)立勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系同(tong)時簽(qian)訂(ding)，或自用工(gong)之日(ri)起(qi)一(yi)個(ge)月(yue)內簽(qian)訂(ding)書面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。否則用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)向勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)支付二倍工(gong)資。”所以無論(lun)是(shi)(shi)不簽(qian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)，還是(shi)(shi)超過法律(lv)規定時間延簽(qian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)，這(zhe)類公司都是(shi)(shi)非(fei)常不靠譜的。
