不簽勞動合同企業會承擔哪些后果?

《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)法》第十一(yi)條用人單位未(wei)在用工(gong)的(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)時訂立書(shu)(shu)面勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong),與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者約定(ding)的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報(bao)(bao)酬不(bu)明(ming)確(que)的(de)(de),新招用的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報(bao)(bao)酬按(an)照集(ji)體合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)規定(ding)的(de)(de)標準(zhun)執(zhi)行;沒有集(ji)體合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)或(huo)者集(ji)體合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)未(wei)規定(ding)的(de)(de),實(shi)行同(tong)(tong)工(gong)同(tong)(tong)酬。用人單位自用工(gong)之日起滿一(yi)年不(bu)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者訂立書(shu)(shu)面勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de),視為用人單位與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者已(yi)訂立無固定(ding)期限勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)。
