剛進公司只簽試用期合同合法嗎?

我(wo)昨(zuo)天(tian)剛(gang)進公司,公司的(de)人力只和(he)我(wo)簽訂試用期(qi)合同(tong),請問剛(gang)進公司只簽試用期(qi)合同(tong)合法嗎?

勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)和(he)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)雙(shuang)(shuang)方(fang)同意建立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi),用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)應(ying)當在勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)開始工作(zuo)之時(shi)就與(yu)其簽訂(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同。對(dui)于(yu)新上崗(gang)的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe),用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)可以約(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)也可以不約(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)。如果用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)約(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)應(ying)在勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同中約(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)定(ding)。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同是勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)與(yu)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)確立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)(xi),明確雙(shuang)(shuang)方(fang)的權利(li)(li)和(he)義務(wu)的協(xie)議,具有法(fa)律約(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)束力(li)。簽訂(ding)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同對(dui)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)和(he)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)都很重(zhong)要(yao),如果發生(sheng),在申請勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)爭(zheng)議仲裁時(shi),有利(li)(li)于(yu)維護(hu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)和(he)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)雙(shuang)(shuang)方(fang)的合(he)法(fa)權益。
