答 在試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期內(nei)(nei)辭職,不用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)賠(pei)付(fu)培訓費。根據勞(lao)辦(ban)發(1995)264號《勞(lao)動(dong)部(bu)辦(ban)公(gong)廳關(guan)于試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期解除勞(lao)動(dong)合同處(chu)理依據問題的復函》第三條規定:用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)出資(指有支付(fu)貨幣(bi)憑證的情況(kuang))對職工進行(xing)各類技術培訓,職工提出與單(dan)位(wei)解除勞(lao)動(dong)關(guan)系的,如果在試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期內(nei)(nei),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)不得要(yao)求勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)支付(fu)該項培訓費用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。
