答(da) 《勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)法》明確規定(ding),建(jian)立勞(lao)動關系(xi),應當訂立書(shu)面(mian)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)。已建(jian)立勞(lao)動關系(xi)、未同(tong)(tong)時訂立書(shu)面(mian)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)的,應當自用工之(zhi)日起一(yi)個月內(nei)訂立書(shu)面(mian)勞(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)。用人單位不(bu)依(yi)法簽訂書(shu)面(mian)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的,應當向勞(lao)動者(zhe)每月支(zhi)付(fu)兩倍工資。
