答 公(gong)(gong)司與員工(gong)(gong)約定試用期(qi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)時(shi),不得低于轉正之后(hou)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)水平 的80%.同時(shi)這個數據也不得低于全公(gong)(gong)司員工(gong)(gong)最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。例子(zi):公(gong)(gong)司最(zui)低崗位 是(shi)保潔:工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)為800元。你的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)是(shi)900,公(gong)(gong)司就(jiu)在試用期(qi)約定時(shi),雖(sui)然900的80%是(shi)720,便不能低于800來約定。
