試用期內職位被撤銷怎么辦?

我面試的是(shi)公(gong)司的市場(chang)經理一職(zhi),但是(shi)在試用期(qi)期(qi)間部門撤(che)銷,我的職(zhi)位(wei)也撤(che)銷了(le),我該怎(zen)么辦啊(a)?

《中(zhong)華(hua)人民共和國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)(fa)》第二十六條(tiao)和《中(zhong)華(hua)人民共和國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)法(fa)(fa)》第四十條(tiao)都規定,“勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)訂立時所依(yi)據的(de)(de)客觀(guan)情況(kuang)發生(sheng)重大變化,致(zhi)使勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)無法(fa)(fa)履(lv)行,經用人單(dan)位與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者協(xie)商,未(wei)能就(jiu)變更勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)內容(rong)達成協(xie)議的(de)(de)”,公司可以提前(qian)一(yi)個(ge)月書面通(tong)知,解除勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong),不提前(qian)一(yi)個(ge)月的(de)(de),應該給予(yu)一(yi)個(ge)月的(de)(de)工資作為通(tong)知替代金。同(tong)時,公司應根(gen)據已(yi)履(lv)行的(de)(de)時間,給予(yu)經濟補償金。
