我們是家新創業的公司,最近在招聘,想咨詢一下(xia),可以選用工再簽定合同么?

在先用工(gong)、后簽(qian)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同的情況(kuang)下,如(ru)果勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者以種種理由不(bu)及時簽(qian)訂(ding)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同,一旦(dan)超過一個(ge)月(yue),用人單位就要向其每月(yue)支付二倍(bei)的工(gong)資,此種狀態滿(man)一年的,就視為簽(qian)訂(ding)了無(wu)固定(ding)期限勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同,十分被(bei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。所(suo)以,建議用人單位在前與勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者簽(qian)訂(ding)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同。
