試用期內員工“超額”休了年假怎么辦啊?

我現在是試(shi)用期(qi)員(yuan)工,想咨(zi)詢一下,試(shi)用期(qi)內員(yuan)工“超額”休了年假(jia)怎么辦啊(a)?

試(shi)用(yong)期內(nei)(nei)員(yuan)工(gong)“超額”休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)了年(nian)假(jia),離(li)職時不(bu)(bu)用(yong)折(zhe)錢賠付給企業。不(bu)(bu)過法定年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)有(you)單位安排的特點,如果(guo)試(shi)用(yong)期過后,員(yuan)工(gong)仍然(ran)有(you)機會使用(yong)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)的,單位有(you)權拒(ju)絕(jue)員(yuan)工(gong)在(zai)試(shi)用(yong)期內(nei)(nei)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)。但如果(guo)員(yuan)工(gong)在(zai)試(shi)用(yong)期內(nei)(nei)離(li)職,且已(yi)把全年(nian)帶(dai)薪(xin)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)“超額”休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)完(wan)了,根據《企業職工(gong)帶(dai)薪(xin)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)實(shi)施辦法》第十(shi)二條(tiao)的規(gui)定“多(duo)于折(zhe)算應休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)的天數不(bu)(bu)再扣回”,即員(yuan)工(gong)無需(xu)把多(duo)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)的年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)折(zhe)錢賠付給企業。
