答 《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》第(di)8條(tiao)規定(ding):“用(yong)人單位招用(yong)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者時,應(ying)(ying)當如(ru)實告知勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者工(gong)作(zuo)內容、工(gong)作(zuo)條(tiao)件、工(gong)作(zuo)地點、職業危害、安全生產狀況、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬、以(yi)及(ji)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者要了(le)解的其他(ta)情況。用(yong)人單位有權了(le)解勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)直接(jie)相關的基本(ben)情況,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者應(ying)(ying)當如(ru)實說明。”
