答(da) 相關法規:原勞動部辦(ban)公廳《合同(tong)制工(gong)(gong)人在試用(yong)期(qi)內患病醫(yi)(yi)療(liao)(liao)問題(ti)給寧波市(shi)勞動局的復函》(勞辦(ban)險(xian)字(zi)[1989]3號)和(he)原勞動部頒發的《企業職工(gong)(gong)患病或非因(yin)工(gong)(gong)負傷(shang)醫(yi)(yi)療(liao)(liao)期(qi)規定》(勞部發[1994]479號)第3條規定,勞動者在試用(yong)期(qi)內患病或非因(yin)工(gong)(gong)負傷(shang),可以享受的醫(yi)(yi)療(liao)(liao)待遇,醫(yi)(yi)療(liao)(liao)期(qi)限為3個月。
