我在公司已經簽訂了兩(liang)次勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同了,想咨詢一下,續訂了二次固定期限勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同之后怎(zen)么(me)辦?

《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同法》第(di)十四條明確了哪(na)些情形必(bi)須簽訂(ding)(ding)(ding)無固(gu)定(ding)期限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同,其中規定(ding),用人單位與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者連續訂(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)二次固(gu)定(ding)期限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者沒有本法第(di)三(san)十九條和第(di)四十條第(di)一項、第(di)二項規定(ding)的情形,雙方續訂(ding)(ding)(ding)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同的,必(bi)須簽訂(ding)(ding)(ding)無固(gu)定(ding)期限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同,除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者提出訂(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)固(gu)定(ding)期限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同外。
