自己(ji)現在處于試用期的(de)狀態,出了一些問題,試用期單位(wei)能否隨意解雇員工?

試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期是一種不(bu)確(que)定(ding)的(de)狀態,用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)和(he)員工都可(ke)以(yi)(yi)相(xiang)對(dui)容易地解(jie)除(chu)勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同關系,但并(bing)不(bu)意味(wei)著用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)隨意解(jie)雇(gu)(gu)員工。《勞(lao)動法》第二十(shi)五條(tiao)規定(ding),勞(lao)動者在試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期間被證明不(bu)符合(he)(he)錄用(yong)(yong)(yong)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de),用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)解(jie)除(chu)勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同。由此可(ke)見,在試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期內用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)解(jie)雇(gu)(gu)員工的(de)條(tiao)件(jian)和(he)程序都相(xiang)對(dui)簡單(dan)(dan),只(zhi)要員工不(bu)符合(he)(he)錄用(yong)(yong)(yong)條(tiao)件(jian),用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)一經證實后,就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)解(jie)除(chu)勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同,既(ji)無須提前通知,也(ye)不(bu)必給予經濟(ji)補償。
