單位是否可以要求延長試用期?

問(wen) 我試(shi)用期(qi)一個(ge)月(yue),期(qi)滿了,公司又要(yao)加(jia)一個(ge)月(yue),單位是否(fou)可以(yi)要(yao)求延(yan)長試(shi)用期(qi)?

《勞(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)法(fa)》對試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)有這樣(yang)的限制(zhi):“勞(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限三個(ge)(ge)月以上不(bu)滿(man)一(yi)年的,試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)月;勞(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限一(yi)年以上不(bu)滿(man)三年的,試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)二個(ge)(ge)月;三年以上固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)限和無固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)限的勞(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong),試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過(guo)六個(ge)(ge)月。”簽訂(ding)勞(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi),用(yong)(yong)工(gong)雙方可以約定不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)此標準的試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)。試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)結(jie)束(shu)前,單位需要對員工(gong)進行評估,認為不(bu)合適(shi)的,應該提出解(jie)除勞(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)。
