,是非(fei)(fei)法(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)有權(quan)隨時(shi)解(jie)(jie)除(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong),并(bing)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)通過有關機(ji)關追(zhui)究直接責(ze)任人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)責(ze)任。
