試用期工資低于最低工資標準合理嗎?

我是山東一名大學(xue)畢(bi)業生,現在已經參加工作了(le),剛(gang)在昌樂(le)找到一份私企上班(ban)的工作,可是試(shi)用(yong)期工資低(di)于(yu)最低(di)工資標準,這(zhe)樣合理嗎?

這(zhe)種做法是(shi)不(bu)合理的(de)(de)。《勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)法》第20條規定(ding):“勞(lao)(lao)動者在(zai)試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不(bu)得(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)于(yu)本單位(wei)相同(tong)(tong)(tong)崗(gang)位(wei)最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)(di)檔(dang)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)或者勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)約定(ding)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)80%,并(bing)不(bu)得(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)于(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位(wei)所在(zai)地的(de)(de)最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準。”勞(lao)(lao)動者在(zai)試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)內(nei)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)權益(yi)受最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準和相同(tong)(tong)(tong)崗(gang)位(wei)最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)(di)檔(dang)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)或者勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)約定(ding)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)80%的(de)(de)雙重(zhong)保護,因此試(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)不(bu)是(shi)“廉價期(qi)”、 “白用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)”。
