合同中對勞動報酬約定不清怎么辦?

我是(shi)一名(ming)剛(gang)剛(gang)找到(dao)工作(zuo)的應屆生,現在正在濟南工作(zuo),兩個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)前(qian)公(gong)司和我們(men)簽的合(he)同(tong)中(zhong)沒有(you)明(ming)確(que)的說明(ming)我們(men)一個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)多少(shao)錢,勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)中(zhong)對勞(lao)動(dong)報(bao)酬約(yue)定不清怎(zen)么辦?

《勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法》第18條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding):“勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)對(dui)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬(chou)和勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)條(tiao)(tiao)件等(deng)標準約定(ding)(ding)不明確,引(yin)發爭議的(de)(de),用(yong)人單位與(yu)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)者可(ke)以重(zhong)新協商;協商不成的(de)(de),適用(yong)集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)規(gui)定(ding)(ding);沒(mei)有集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)或(huo)(huo)者集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)未(wei)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬(chou)的(de)(de),實(shi)行同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)工同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)酬(chou);沒(mei)有集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)或(huo)(huo)者集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)未(wei)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)條(tiao)(tiao)件等(deng)標準的(de)(de),適用(yong)國家有關(guan)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)。”
