簽合同后需要保存一份合同嗎?

勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)是發生勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)爭(zheng)議(yi)時,勞(lao)資(zi)(zi)雙方可出(chu)具的最直接、最有(you)效的法律憑證(zheng)。在(zai)辦理的工(gong)(gong)傷(shang)案件(jian)時,因勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)手(shou)(shou)頭(tou)沒有(you)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong),在(zai)要(yao)求用人(ren)單位賠償遭到拒絕的案例不在(zai)少數。有(you)的企業(ye)在(zai)合同(tong)簽(qian)訂(ding)后,把兩份合同(tong)都收走,發生爭(zheng)議(yi)時,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)手(shou)(shou)里沒有(you)合同(tong),單位可以不承認有(you)此人(ren)。 此外,即(ji)使(shi)有(you)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong),仍(reng)要(yao)保存好能夠證(zheng)明勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)的證(zheng)據,如工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)條、入職(zhi)面試字條、工(gong)(gong)作證(zheng)件(jian)、體檢(jian)表格、單位簽(qian)字等。”
