單位收回勞動合同統一保管是否合理?

問(wen) 我是(shi)一(yi)(yi)名會(hui)計師(shi),在(zai)濟南一(yi)(yi)家(jia)食品(pin)廠工作(zuo),最(zui)近公司把合同都收起來(lai)了,說是(shi)統一(yi)(yi)保(bao)管,這樣(yang)做合理嗎?

根據(ju)法律(lv)規定,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)文本由用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)和勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)各執一份(fen)。因(yin)此,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)文本應至少兩(liang)份(fen)。 目前有些(xie)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)在(zai)員(yuan)工簽訂勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)以后,將(jiang)(jiang)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)收(shou)回,統一保管,是不符合(he)(he)法律(lv)規定的(de)。 用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)提供的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)文本未(wei)載明本法規定的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)必備條款,或者(zhe)用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)未(wei)將(jiang)(jiang)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)文本交(jiao)付勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)的(de),由勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)行政部門責令改正;給(gei)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)造(zao)成損害的(de),應當承(cheng)擔賠償責任。
