試用期工資低福利差正常嗎?

答(da) 《勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)法》第二十(shi)條規(gui)定(ding):勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)的(de)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)不得(de)低(di)于本單位相同(tong)崗位最低(di)檔(dang)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)或者(zhe)勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)約定(ding)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)百分之八(ba)十(shi),并不得(de)低(di)于用(yong)(yong)人單位所在第的(de)最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準。所以(yi)在使用(yong)(yong)內不能(neng)刻意的(de)壓(ya)低(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)福(fu)利。
